I did go pretty deep into some emotional and pain and suffering issues from my past that made me who I am today, so I hope that stuff resonates with others out there and provides some inspiration that nothing can hold you back!

I’ve done a few flips and own a few condos here in the 6ix but I’m really interested in planting seeds for my retirement sooner than later.

I sell the 12-month lease; I'm an investor as well as a Broker and I have found that planting a few ideas about what opportunities might exist for those who remain over the summer usually overcomes the issue. 

On landscaping we used existing plants and made something out of nothing.

Chinese proverb: best day to plant a tree was 20 years ago.

The project suffered as the recession gained steam and were never able to sell all 36 units to owner-occupants.

If there is a shortage of affordable housing or a new production plant opening nearby or something like that which would demonstrate a public interest, then push-ups they would approve your request.
