I never thought saturation would be an issue, but the Gat/PF rental gold rush has brought many out of state and international investors.  

Looking for:Someone to tighten replace metal roof screws.Fix loose gutters and seal a few spots.Thin out small trees and underbrush.I know there are a lot of PF area cabin owners on here that may have contacts.We could have an even better mountain view (270degree) if many of the small trees saplings are removed.Thanks!

Apartments across the River from Manhattan seem to be rising every month with low vacancies.

Primarily, it's an easy city escape halfway between Manhattan where I live and northern PA where my whole family lives.

I have a co-op in Manhattan that I want to sell.

My goal is to take a majority of the money from my new job and begin my REI here in Manhattan, but I'm not sure exactly how to go about it in Manhattan.   

There are already one or two that I know of in the Gatlinburg/PF area, but none as cool as mine ;^) I don't know exact terms of longevity but when I researched, I felt confident enough to go ahead.

Typically larger transactions anywhere from $5mm-$100mm+ within the 5 boroughs with a focus on Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Personally I haven't seen anything that is very accurate when you get past 12 months @Ryan Lloyd.Like @Leslie Anne Morris said, you can try the local municipalities but unlike Pigeon Forge, they might not be that into collecting let alone sharing STR data.I had done some research and PF has a lot of data as they are a huge vacation market.
