So I am not very familiar with PadSplit @Najhae Robinson.All I know is the neighborhood backlash, the nightmare stories and the like.I have heard nothing positive about it.Oftentimes they violate the STR restrictions in cities because they will rent to anyone for any length of time.I would never look at this as a business model personally.

I can only speak to myself personally but I've continued to invest, knowing properties may not cash flow much but I've invested in value-add so focusing on appreciation.

As someone with a managing broker’s license, I know how rewarding it is to guide others through their real estate paths while continuing to grow your own investments.

Think about the person booking, what are they looking for? 

Personally, I don't mix men and women tenants but I know some people do.
