Hello Folks, I was wondering if anyone knows where to find the definition of a legal bedroom in Worcester, MA?

I have a Google Sheet that I'm using to track different elements of the project but I'm wondering if folks have success using other software that they can share with me?

I still haven't had much luck with connecting with EC area folks to partner with so we're looking at developing some projects ourselves.  

That said, I will also say that Texans (in general) have had to deal with loads of folks from Cali over the past several years… and well…maybe some have been left with a bad impression.

But I want to hear from the more experienced folks, how are you guys able to accurately analyze rehab costs?

When we target these opportunities, we’re actually looking for folks who bought owner-occupied at perhaps 90-95 LTV.

@Michael Kattouahi understand what you're saying - lots of folks are shocked when they see how much interest they pay over time.and it's a lot more at 7% than it is at 2.5%.but... i certainly don't worry about it. 

You'll find lots of folks willing to help!

Here you aren't building a business over time like farming, but instead finding folks in need right now where you can hopefully get a deal done quickly.Lists from the title companies in CA aren't that great.

To get the full effect of how I first saw it, I'm going to have to ask you to imagine a raccoon sitting up on top of the bed.One thing I've frequently told folks is on these old, low class properties, if you need a home inspector, this is not the right property class for you.
