I have a SFH in north miami that I am currently flipping with my partner and we have been encountering a little bit of head ache with regards to a few guys standing on the nearby corner dealing drugs.Now we knew this going into the deal however since we've been flipping in these areas and our house is the only vacant one on the block we figured that we would try to rehab it regardless and push these guys out of the area since they don't usually like to take up space in front a renovated/occupied property.Now that we've started the renovation process I am getting a little push back from some of my contractors about working there due to these guys being and I'm starting to research other ways to perhaps motivate/facilitate them into moving from our specific corner.Any advice or experience that you guys have would be greatly appreciated!

I have told them that the only payment method we will accept is credit/debit or ACH via RentRedi app.

I am trying to determine what the best online payment system is because I currently use Tenant Cloud the ACH payment takes 5-7 business day to clear.

If the concept of information makes you powerful hopefully this helps you flex those powerful muscles some.  

If they do, just flex you muscles and tell them to gtfo.

Might be a ten day hold if the funds came in via check unless they can ACH the funds from the deposit account.

My preferred method is to have tenants pay me with an ACH transfer via Chase Quickpay.

Believe it or not it helps for the muscle of faith as this is something completely new to me and makes me happy it's working for someone else and it can work for me as well 

No most want to be able to do an ACH debit of you bank account.
