A mother's/father concern is something happening to their child/children.

After going through the conversation, I learned that the home is his great grandmothers, that passed and left the home to his mother.

Hello I have a house for rent and did find already a good section 8 tenant...She wants the property, also showed me her voucher today The problem is that the house is under my mother name and she is not a USA citizen,she is on B2 Visitor Visa.I just got a Request for Tenancy approval Form from tenant and i see they(section 8) request to fill it out w-9 form....

However, one of the tenants saw my car that says "I BUY HOUSES" and said that her mother had passed away 7 years prior and there was a house involved.

That was her deceased mother's residence and was vacant.

We are doing something similar with a grand mother who has cash in the bank, getting less than 1 %.
