So for an individual, it would be something like "John Doe, an adult, who resides at _______________________" For LLCs, it would look like "Blah LLC, a _____________ (State of Incorporation) Limited Liability Company, with a registered office at _______________". 

I knew it was a no brainer once I crunched the numbers especially because a wise man once said "if you have a great deal, the money will follow".
