There is a trend in Los Angeles where 'vanlords' are buying used RV's, parking them on the side of the road around the city, and then renting these RV's out to homeless people.The used RV's cost the vanlord between $2,000 - $5,000 and rent rates range between $600 - $800 per month (not a bad ROI!)
