I was just shopping in the grocery store yesterday and saw prices have risen for orange juice 16 cents in the last week.It doesn't sound like much but it all adds up.I am starting to look at what is going to go up at a high rate because of food shortages and climate problems and adjust my meals accordingly.I will still eat those items but in moderation.

It is something we both wanted and it has been improving our relationship tremendously and has created a healthier living environment for our kids, not that it was terrible before, just better now.

I wouldn't put them on the mortgage, like others have suggested, it can trigger taxable events etc.I personally would want to keep control of the situation by having complete ownership and then just have my kid be responsible for being a property manager as his way to live in the house.Be clear that there are different hats (as Dave Ramsey says), when your kid is over for Thanksgiving meal, you have your papa hat on.
