I'm fresh out of college with a science degree but have no intention of going on to med school; I much prefer the entrepreneurial aspect of REI and "sky's the limit" attitude.

Plus I just think real estate is fascinating subject and want to understand it better.I'm looking to start doing wholesaling until I get can muster some extra cash to also do buy and hold investing on SFRs.

An asphalt shingle reroof is not rocket science but pretty routine, and some inspectors even note that roofs have to be repaired or replaced in some transactions (or is it flat built up, roof, etc). 

Read many books during and coming out of college and have always been fascinated/interested in the medium.
