I always find it fascinating when people come to real estate thinking wholesaling, flipping or being a landlord is all there really is to real estate investing and after a few years they're still in the business, but doing something totally unique. 

As fun as wholesales and rehabs can be, nothing is more fun and fascinating to me than putting together a deal for a large purchase.

It's just so fascinating how many people want to feel justified in not taking a risk.  

After a while of working, I started reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and became fascinated with the idea of passive income.

I have always been fascinated with real estate.

I have always had a fascination with real estate, actually had my license years and years ago when we lived in Louisiana (husband was military so we moved around a bit).  

Real estate fascinated me!

I have always been fascinated, from an engineering standpoint, container home building.

I find it fascinating that nobody is seriously discussing UBI until the government here in the US.
