However, there are alternative financing options you can explore for your Short-Term Vacation Rental (STVR) properties:Cash-Out Refinance: This allows you to refinance your existing mortgage and take out some of the equity as cash.

Already working on a simple landing page for potential leads.I've explored all of the off-market avenues I could find and I guess I haven't been able to find the right deal from wholesalers and realtors.

I was more so saying that after a year of occupancy period, you could explore options such as a property manager to take over and you could move onto the next investment property.

Another avenue to explore are with any real estate agents you know as they may have clients that need a temporary space until their home is ready to close on. 

Likely going to start with private equity from family/friends but exploring other financing options to quickly scale once I get going.Thank you in advance!

Most experienced investors recommend that newer investors look into their local markets to explore options.
