The best way to win is staying in the game the longest. 

Been in the game for just over 2 years.

It's not a game changer, but a strong concession can level the playing field a bit.

You can earn honorable discounts and fees overtime by establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with one lender or broker but squeezing them dry for a lot of hard work and not equal pay isn't something I recommend making a strategy

or heard of it.. was a new one to me.. what I love about our game of RE is no one knows everything and you learn new stuff every week.

Hey @Lee Burns - I might have a guy for you...Can you please provide us with a bit more background on your game plan and your understanding of how foreclosures and receiver's liens work in Chicago?

I'm not advocating he establish a new LLC without using an attorney or registered agent to define the bylaws of the agreement.

You can see regularly companies and some individuals here on BP that like to play games and it happens to them.   

I think the investor-focused agent is one that understands investor needs vs. buying a primary home- very different ball games I think.
