Asking 147,500 for 1600 square feet that needs updating but do not plan to change the footprint.

Risky for all sorts of environmental reasons of course, but wondering if you would go for it and why.

For example, put down anything you want to do that would expand upon the footprint of the house.

Environmentally, well, the Government is a big part of it when it comes about construction, permitting and regulations, etc. 

We have just one stairway, would you exclude them from the footprint.

@Tzvi Ausubel Definitely something I've considered like I mentioned in my original post but I would only want to venture into a new market if it was with a proven operator with a strong track record and footprint there.

Changed footprint of the house and turned a 32"x32" shower in master bath to dual shower with 2 shower heads.
