I was in contact with the owner 3 weeks ago that said the tenant has not paid him rent in some time and that the tenant was one of his football players family.

They think they can become players in the real estate game with "no money down" and using "other people money." 

When you can cut a 50k check the day before they are going to lose the house that seperates the players from the wanna bees
