My manager has 15 fourplexes that he manages in the subdivision out of about 60 blogs.I'm concerned about the fact that it is a low income area with the usual problems - drugs, petty theft, domestic violence, etc but I don't feel uncomfortable when I go there and my manager says he is not uncomfortable day or night.

These all have good net domestic migration, good job creation, and good organic rent growth numbers in linear real estate markets.

The master leasing in my area is essentially having an agency be on the lease and they would be responsible for finding tenants, paying the rent, having an employee check the house, and tenants whom general can use the help such as victims of domestic violence, homelessness, mental health, etc.

@Nikki Grizzle I think you put up a really good post for new investors...It's like any other professional service you get--you're not going to hire a domestic attorney to draft your will or an eye doctor to operate on your ACL.

If you have lots of domestic disturbance, petty theft, battery, etc. that is not the same level as forcable entry, theft of car, armed robbery,drugs, rape,murder,etc.Look around at the other buildings.

On the SS-4, section 9a we checked "partnership" but is that the same as a 'domestic llc' when completing the Articles of Organization?
