I am a new investor in the making saving funds and analyzing deals. I am currently looking for community advice as I prep to invest in the next 1 to 2 years. I am unable to invest at this time due to a fresh BK7 which is why I am saving up cash. In the mean time I review current sales and learn the market. The goal is to build my portfolio for domestic and international real estate.
