Basically someone sends that address (a US address) mail and the company will email me and say 'hey you have this mail' (with a screenshot of the letter) and if I want them to open it and scan it I tell them to, and they send me digital images of the content.

I would like to know what the general consensus on digital signatures is, and if you accept them do you have rules on what constitutes a valid signature (ie does typing your name in a blank count, or only cryptographic signatures allowed).

@GregsRe: Internet access Wifi "child porn" actually happened my sister-in-law she owned and lived in her 4 plex she offered free internet Wifi to her tenants, they had the sign on code,, they passed it on... to somebody...that guy didn't live there but used their wifi account and was a pervert.So mean while,, everybody in the 4 plex had the cops in each unit, they took all hard drives, laptops, even digital cameras as part of investigation. and it was a huge mess.
