So I can take the time to work with a buyer to try and find them the best diamond properties in their price range to purchase. 

Even though I work at Schofield, I live in town and am looking around Diamond Head, Kapahulu, Kahala and the other areas I mentioned in my OP.

Or maybe you can find the diamonds in the rough that check both boxes...

Real estate seems somewhat of a diamond with so many facets!

They are definitely diamonds in rough these days.

Some of which we can reuse again, like tools and supplies.We decided on a deeper more squared-off kitchen sink, a modern faucet (spring with hose), bright matte white interior paint all over the house and garage, The countertops are now carrera marble laminate formica with a deep layer of high-gloss clear resin coating, matte black faucets and bathroom handles, while all other knobs, dishes, stoppers, and 'house earrings" are brushed nickel.

Just make sure you really know the specific streets youd like to target as areas on the north or south east corners (closer to Fishtown/Northern Liberties) will trade much differently that the NW or SW corners (closer to Temple) which will be much different than lets say 8th & Diamond. 

Not sure if I found a diamond in the rough, or a trash heap that should be avoided at all costs.
