Hello all, been noticing a slow down in the renters market.

This is where you put on your detective hat and dive deep into the world of real estate data, demographics, and trends. 

Considering going back to investing in Cali but it’s slow going.

In a climatic health resort area deep in the Bavarian Forest, where the air is clean, there is plenty of nature and real estate is affordable. 

If the company you are waiting on is slow/non-responsive when trying to win your business I wouldn’t expect quality service if you choose to go with them.

So tenants that don';t work out can be stuck in a room for 2 months while the slow eviction process works through.   

But I'm slowing building business credit (credit cards).So as you probably know, many people use business credit cards with 9-12 months 0% interest to make their down payment.
