Reels are a nice teaser, but that only promotes the agent, not the property.We sell about 100 properties every year.In your experience, what challenges make an average home not look great on video?

It's going to challenging as a first time investor trying to convince someone to lend you money with no proven track record. 

For sure — I’m trying to determine if I’m making a bad move tax wise, or if I should somehow leverage the equity locked into the rental, which seems challenging with the low interest rate of the mortgage.

Tenanted properties are extremely challenging to sell and the recent change in notice period has made that worse in BC.You are in a tough spot either way, only you know your financial situation and your numbers.
