I have been involved with my agricultural export and domestic supply business in recent years that only until now I can learn about the real estate business, which has always been an aspiration to me since college.Truly hope to be able to learn from each and everyone in this community, I have been reading many posts here on daily basis and it has really helped me get a better understanding regarding real estate investing and how to begin.

Seems to me the smarter thing for them would be to have their money secured in an LP that owns the property so their liability is limited to the original investment.3) Also, I don't want a subordinate investor trying to micro-manage the daily operations of the business.

i have one of those flex lines that is normally used for the dryer that's used for the bath exhaust fan. and sure enough, once a year (winter) it gets clogged with water since there is a dip in the pipe.if they go straight up or have no kinks, they are ok to be used for bath air (that has moisture). but with kinks, it builds up. so i just changed it to solid alum pipe (2 ft sections sold at HD) and will never have a problem again.so, depends on what you have. you might have AC unit in there and that's why it's dripping.

I've proposed the investor buying it still, the contractor and I going in on the house together (I work with the contractor daily, so we are on a good working relationship) and when the contractor and I sell we give the investor $80k the contractor geting his ~$15-18k costs back to pay subs, etc. and the contractor being paid his $7-10k profit on the deal for his contracting work.
