The other bank I also use was interested, but wanted me to move over to their private bank and transfer over my investments to them (they charge a management fee, which would equate to around 12.5k a year for doing nothing).

As far as comps go, you can pool your list of properties and have your VA(s) compile data for you, and transfer it into a form that you can easily analyze.

However I currently work in Brooklyn, and before anyone asks lol i can't transfer any closer.

Also I am interested in forming a LLC to hold said property and learning about mortgages that are transferable to a LLC without refinancing through a commercial loan.

I am afraid of BOFA calling the existing note due with the transfer of ownership on the property before I can get the property refinanced.

You could also create an LLC, get the property under contract with that LLC, and then transfer the LLC to your buyer.

@Christopher Winkler not all servicers take three weeks to transfer loans.

Ultimately the seller has to clear up the liens before title can be transferred.

My question is do I have to transfer funds to my checking/ savings account and let it "season" for 60 days before using it for down payment/closing costs for the purpose of getting a mortgage?
