Judges don't like seeing people being required to abandon rights created by and under the color of law.

It was seeing the true colors that made this an easy decision to just let it go - technically I could have kept a month as the non-refundable deposit, but I don't think the headache would have been worth it.

I'd imagine I should have more color in the next 1-2 weeks.

All the windows are that dark bronze/black colored aluminum, but all the glass is intact.

Or I would take out the box and add crown to the upper cabinets and paint the wall above a nice color, along with the rest of the kitchen.

They started giving orders - can we ask the color of paint to be white if you are going to paint and even asked me to include it in the contract. 

Here in TX matching brick color is quite challenging, especially on a big job.Good Luck!

The blue and light orange colors go well together and are appealing to the eye.

The contractor was to brick the two side doors and I was at pains to mention that I do not want to paint the exterior, meaning he needs to ensure that he comes as close as possible to the current brick Color or find a way to blend.
