@Teresia Saylerdouble taxation is normally referenced to corporations where a tax is paid by the corporation and again by the shareholder when there is a distribution.There is nothing that screams "double taxation" with a 401K.I would take a 401K loan over a hard money loan every time if given the option.

Hi Steve,It also comes down to comfort levels of whether you like to micro or macro manage your funding pools as well as your own personal financial auditing style.You also need to keep legality in mind as to whether the property is setup under a personal or corporate entity in order to protect yourself or your personal assets etc.

Well there is the Double on a short term corporate lease at $1800 but I just wish I could get that all the time ;)Biggest thing to check is the sewer setup.
