Do your competitors have swimming pools?

I'm taking a broad swipe at the market, I don't want to be super targeted and want to cast a broad net.  

Regardless, they performed a service (acquiring a property far below market) and want to be compensated for how successful they were at performing that service.Of course, if you don't want them to have that much of a profit, that's your prerogative...but if the deal is a good one, there's probably one of your competitors who'd be happy to let them have the profit. 

Go look at 30 houses in your area that you would consider "competitors" to your property. 

The Big Three were able to put nearly every smaller competitor auto-maker out of business.

Even though we are competitors in the Texas market, he didn't hold anything back when it came down to giving the best advice and referrals that someone can give.

What are your thoughts on putting another cell phon business (competitor) in the same center.  

Such regulatory oversight does not come from competitors (but they could report some issue) but they usually arise from complaints.
