According to NYC, STR is hurting housing affordability just like normal people can buy a house or condo near the Time Square and Madison Garden.

Hi @Michael ElliottWe have financed about 15 STRs in Encore for a client and I have another friend buying the second largest unit and the largest lot there.

I need to update my deal profile but I moved here 2020 first buying a house hack and then slowly buying one rental a year until the last year and a half.

You could buy a turnkey rental there and do none of the work - look up MidSouth Homebuyers.

Don't buy those types of homes, they will take a long time and not sell for what you were thinking it would sell for!
