(I kicked cancers ***😊) I I have been reading books,listening to podcast,and blogs for a long time and have started the work of attaining list and bird dogging to do wholesale transactions.

The blog posts were different in the beginning and my scraper couldn't pull from the older episodes.

I would suggest using the forums and blogs to learn as much as you can while you save. use your time to network and hopefully find someone willing to let you work through a deal with them. then once you have a decent reserve, try to make something happen.

I have been talking to a few individuals in similar circumstances, and that was their general feel too..... until I stated 'educating' them about the potential benefits of it :-) , partially trough sharing posts and blogs from here at BP!

I have been a buy and hold investor for the past eight years, but since stumbling onto the blog/podcast I am wondering if it is time to sell and purchase 1 or 2 new investment properties.
