I have personally witnessed people make millions lose it all and make it all back again. 

When a mobile notary s ervice is used the TLT Settlement Officer will finalize the details of the closing, communicate with the parties to the transaction, coordinate the mobile notary who will act as a witness closer and notarize all documentation.

I still feel my numbers are solid and am confident in my valuation, but maybe a blessing in disguise???

If, after reviewing all the facts, such accountant gives you a blessing (likely a conditional blessing though) - you will have another option.

Our one year old is taking his first steps, our two year old is confidently riding his bike with no training wheels, and our four year old is learning how to control himself from not knocking them both over, so I’m glad to be home to witness these events with zero guilt about not working for once.
