As someone aspiring to become an entrepreneur/ Real Estate Investor , a relevant point to stress is - your tenants are not helping you pay your mortgage.

My fiancee fully supports my real estate and investing aspirations.

I also learned the importance of letting people know what you want and aspire to do...be vocal, speak about it, be your own best commercial.
