So I bought him and his new wife a condo for just under $600,000 here and i put down $200,000 as a wedding gift since they didn't have a wedding and wanted a condo instead.

I am also a Wedding Officiant and own an online retail store specializing in New Mexico-made goods. 

It might be a great site for private parties or weddings, etc - and I'm not suggesting you coordinate any of those things, but people could rent the property and bring their own vendors, etc.

In that time the house I bought for $216k had been appraised for $300k and I got engaged, I took out a home equity loan of 15k to finance our wedding as to not touch our reserves and have been paying that down.
