Arrange inspections and visits?

I get my real estate seller leads from the following sources:GQREA, Leads to Listings, Trulia, realtor.comWe also had GQREA develop landing pages in every zip code we cover.I then send all data to GQREA: http://realestateleads.pro/listing-leads to track and schedule..They generate their on leads/referrals and also call the data I send.

I have a one-page document that the tenant(s) signs that $XXXX is a holding deposit and is non-refundable. 

And, like me, please leave all the reviews you can on all the web sites you can find about your experience so that other small investors have this information about Marco Santarelli and Norada Capital Management.

So newer listings, listings on the back pages, and/or longer stays with huge payouts are who they target.

- How does yours compare for fit, finish & amenities via either online interior pics or you personally visiting- What can you copy from these other properties' ads to improve yours?

I haven't gone to Nichole's monthly meetup because I'm a bit of a recluse, but she's been doing it for a good while and I think it's definitely worth a visit if you're less socially-averse than I am lol.
