@Sam Leon We are not quite there yet, but can set the lighting levels and {potentially} bath water temperature based on the tenants id tag.

My house has a few of these and they seem to  be related to the temperature change inside/outside the house.

The fine textured leaves of the Raywood Ash tree are dark green in the summer, turning a purplish red before dropping during years with cooler temperatures.

We have very few days here in this part of Texas that would see that can Temperature.

Oh, and your grass seed will want to be watered some every day, especially since you will be having sunny days and temperature above 80F.

Too many licenses will disturb the local system, that is mainly how they think.I agree with @Mike Lambert that Spain in general is a year round option for tourists because outside of summer (which honestly sometimes becomes a bit too hot) the sun shines even in winter times with very comfortable temperatures.

Belize is in their Dry season (temperatures stay around 70 to 92 all year, just the Dry and Rainy seasons are the changes).

We are hoping for some more snow these days too, we just need the temperature to drop a bit.

Other locals mentioned that Azek is more susceptible to cracking because PVC expands and contracts more with temperature swings and it is more expensive than Trex.  

There's no issue jumping in the water without testing the temperature, but you have to make sure you can swim.
