Get good home description copy written and post is on all listing site, social media sites create youtube video and get that ranking with basic SEO.

We want to be the go-to site online for people in our area looking to sell fast and so we've started contracting with web designers and SEO specialists to get our site to where it needs to be.Exciting times ahead!!

I would imagine for it to be effect you would need to spend a decent amount of money on SEO.

That dude was just another SEO flunkie wasting everyone's time.

1) Get a website.2) Allocate 1000 dollars to SEO, (and I do not mean hiring a SEO company)3) If you REALLY have to, buy cody sperber clever investor pancake or the one from Sean Terry4) Go through all the Investor Carrot tutorials (even if you do not get an Investor Carrot website)5) Spend up to 800 dollars on legal issues, (contracts, LLC, blah blah blah6) Spend 1000 on a list and 2000 on mailers.7) Pray to a God called MSOOTKAUG someone will call you.

There are companies that will obtain leads by PPC ( pay per click) and SEO (search engine optimization).
