What would you do with 5k a month for marketing?

Hi folks, I'm new but I've been striking out to learn every thing I can; I hope this is the right place to post. I've got a decent bit of cash saved up, a few private investors, and a very strong monthly income proportionate to my area (Columbia, SC). I feel that after saving up x amount of dollars for the first deal or two, I should focus a good chunk of my income into marketing.

My question is knowing this, (and that I don't even have a logo/business card yet) how would Bigger Pockets spend 5k a month in advertising specifically for flips and wholesales? What would be the best stuff to get started with?

I'm looking for the basic properties; 3br, 1-2 bath, 12-1800 square feet.
