We once did a 25,000 sticky note campaign out there (in the IE - Riverside) and got ZERO calls from it.  

Go down to the Development Assistance Center on Barton Springs and talk to Glen Rhodes.

Inland, Riverside etc deals can be found at 70% rule but coastal Socal really at around 80% maybe even more.

Hello all, I recognize the leg work involved with pulling court records for probate leads in Riverside or LA County in California, but does anyone have a contact for purchasing a list of probate leads I can contact? 

There are a few newer communities and I am going to be watching carefully here in the Riverside area.

I just purchased a single home in Glen Abbey sub and hope I can rent it out very soon.
