If you think the age question might come up, before it does hype up what you've done to make them assume you're older and they typically wont ask.I'm 22 and when I go out to look at properties I just do what I want to do, walk around the outside instead of greeting note anything i would need to do to the property before walking inside to greet the agent (during open house).

When I give advice, it is to help people not to fall for all the Dodd-Frank act hype that knows one can explain.

These tend to be boring companies that don't get alot of hype.

The reason I feel the need to defend is because not a day goes by that I don't see a newbie from CA claiming that there is no way to make money in their local market, and about how you absolutely have to be a speculator to invest here, how cash flow is impossible in this market, and so many out of state marketers spreading hype & misinformation, and it just isn't true ...

I just had a conversation this morning with a RE friend that warned me about the “hype” of NEW acronyms, books, etc. thank you for taking the time to write this post.

You need to find out if the eye test meets the hype. 

You can also look at that big blue logo I have, follow that to a free basics real estate course, free, no hitch and no hype!

However, it would seem likely that the stock will go up somewhat given all the hype over this IPO.Thoughts?
