I was running my own company in the music industry for the last 12 years where I was fortunate and disciplined enough to build up some savings to have as working capital knowing one day I would go into REI.I started my music company at 22 years old and was able to build a pretty well known brand in my field.I got burned out and lost my passion for it and decided a year ago it was time to move on to real estate.I'm still young enough and naive enough to think I can build an even bigger business in REI and eventually scale my way up to having a large portfolio of SFH's and MFR's. 

I had that property rented right away last year, but my agent was there for all showings and I would leave the house with zen music and essential oils which is what led us to our quick discussion.

We have a really cool market down here: a hodgepodge of college town, retirement community, a major military base and AirBnB-friendly tourist town with world class golfing and cycling, all with a healthy infusion of Mexican culture.

A lot of exciting things are happening : the film and music industry is booming and land is cheap..er.

There was a large pool of illegal Mexican labor in AZ back in the early 2000 to build homes and most went back to Mexico after the crash not to return.

I’d like to invest in Mexico, since I’m Mexican, and local investment is usually the way to start.Are there more Mexican investors out there?

While it sounds crazy to anyone with a logical mind, the market hitting all time highs every day (kind of like how a casino slot machine blinks and blasts music at you - thanks CNN and Fox!)
