Hello BPI am looking to see if there is anything in the Rhode Island area or online where I could take a course or classes to learn more about REI, also something that could kinda give me a blue print I listen,Read and watch anything I can now about REI but I still feel like I know nothing as if I were a gold fish in a ocean of knowledge.Im eager to get started in the REI world because I’d like to be financially free before I reach the ago of 26(I’m 22 now).

Hello, name's Dan, I'm a fish and wildlife biologist (Montana State University) and I've been self employed for about 10 years running my natural resource restoration business and adding to the real estate side as I have funds.  

Pueblo County attractions include: Pueblo Reservoir, The Arkansas River Walk, Colorado State Fair, University of Colorado - Pueblo Campus, Hiking, Fishing, Camping, Mountain Views and is surrounded by fruit and vegetable farms -a great place to invest. 

Also, if anybody in the area loves to fish, please respond always looking for good people.

There HAS to be someone interested in this property as it has a backyard semi-private lake (fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boating and swimming year round) and is in an unzoned area for expansions, businesses etc.  24 hour shopping within 5 miles. 

@Kylee Fish the market determines the rent you look at what other similar units are charging for rent and set the rent accordingly.

Hopefully the big fish from this area will chime in with some excellent intel as usual.

What a problem to have, seeing all types of potential properties but not having the network to make deals happen..Looking at the values for the homes in my area and knowing that with renovations, homes would appreciat...
