That tells me they had very specific concerns, and, judging by the number of crooks and scams as well as failed transactions that will never happen, just exempting seller financing is a fantasy.

The property manager structure is set up to where it is a lot of headache and liability and not a lot of benefit or praise.It's kind of like being an offensive lineman on a football team.Quarterback gets all the praise and the hot girls but without the lineman they would get crushed never to walk again.I have found maybe 1 to 2 property managers out of 10 enjoy it.The rest do it because they HAVE TO.It's like BPO reports for 50.00.Big headache with little pay.I would ask a PM what would make you excited and worth it to take care of my property once I purchase it??

My dad and myself go to at least one Notre Dame football game there to relive old memories and we are seriously considering buying something with in a couple of blocks of campus because there are some great deals on foreclosures.
