The price points are right for us, local contractors are reasonably priced and their are an abundance of renters.

If no immigrants are admitted to the US (not going to happen) we would have an over abundance of housing as the boomers die off (based on 48 states not having natural increasing population.  

This site is incredible, and the abundance of knowledge here is making this idea of real estate investing much more comfortable for me.

Another way to look at it is, without having created a business, do you take advantages of any offered tax deductions/write off in your personal taxes, or send in extra payment from any abundance you may have to the government. 

If you're struggling now, how are you ever going to handle it later when you have more abundance?
