And of course their independence to not rely on family or be "locked in" at traditional assisted living or nursing home environment.But, the really large returns do require full hands on management, at which point you can likely make a boat load of money, but you are working for it like any other business.On the truly passive side, I just wonder how many people are in the market to rent a house in order to bring in their own tenants.

Im in the same boat with rentals and tenants and clients etc.  

I'd prefer a recommendation from someone that has been in the same boat that I am and used an attorney they appreciated.

Just wondering I'm in the same boat but would like to know if you have any leads or agent that is giving you help? 

I just closed this week on a townhome complex and the lender told me we got it done just in time, they're putting a moratorium on lending for the next 60 days.I am in a similar boat with my management company.
