I bought a lake front property!!!

It has a dock, boat house, boats, and a nice yard, great views AND best of all...it has a full MIL apartment on the lower level!!! At first I was just looking at it for myself to live in. When I saw the MIL I immediately wrote an offer. I'm so excited!!!
