So im seeing people use WY holding companies as the owner to maintain anonymity.

And LLCs add some distance identity-wise, all the way up to complete anonymity in some US states.

Legal entities are formed by State, so if its not recognized by the State you won't have any legal standing.Generally, the only reason to form an out of State LLC is because the property is located there or you are looking for anonymity. 

I am looking to open an anonymous Wyoming LLC Holding Company.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a good CPA I can work with that knows his/her stuff about setting up a Wyoming LLC or S Corp for the anonymity benefits but also extensive knowledge how all of this applies to real estate investing/flipping. 

He touched on some points of why you anonymity is important for us ( for legal reasons for example if people are thinking to pursue a lawsuit and then see an MD after your name that may become a financial incentive for them to pursue it... it did make sense to me however having an LLC and trying to get a loan in the LLC name can be challenging from lender standpoint ... that could be a special challenge for us)

I've got a rather large TikTok following and I'll say this- People take small sentiments and amplify them 100x when they can operate from behind a phone with anonymity and no attachment to a real person. 

However Just last week we got anonymous tip that the female half of the couple Wasn't actually who she said she was And that she had used her Mothers ID And had her mother's information on the contract and the background check.

In Texas we have Series LLC available so it is pretty easy to put each property into it's own liability bucket while keeping the taxes fairly simple, you could also add a land trust into this depending if anonymity is a concern for you.

In the future we are going to take the advise of others and stay anonymous as much as we can.
