I could have skipped two, but did not understand the way the timing had to work out in order to do so and ended up making a payment prior to the closing...I still would have had to come to closing with the interest portion of that payment, so it wasn't a big deal - maybe lost 50 bucks in the grand scheme of things.

Did not work out that way.Not sure how though how it has affected values in more rural areas though when a casino comes into town.Perhaps if you are one of the players right in the line of the development and your use is well associated it could work out well.

I have read some of the many post on this topic, and from what I can work out LLC's offer protection if they are treated and run as a proper business, and not just an easy form of protection against negligence.
