I'm going to bring some samples to the DIY store and they'll look at them under the microscope.I also read about those Co2 things and I'm trying to find where I can buy them, as I've seen some +$ 900 ones and am not prepared to get that, yet....May have to ,if I can't eradicate some other way

The following is what we can offer:Over $110,000 cash$17,000 in credit line at a home improvement store (thinking about opening another credit card which will probably offer the same line of credit)Our home has around $80,000 in equity.We both have great credit scores.I have a friend who’s a Realtor and has flipped three homes and is now in wholesaling.

I have been learning by listening to podcasts, watching youtube videos, and reading books and blog posts (the BiggerPockets web site has good specific recommendations).

Obviously thats not perfect but the homes all looked well kept and the stores and shipping options seemed good as well.  

I'm not looking to pay for increased web traffic at this time.
