Some of our clients are good with software and invest in private software ventures.

Initially I was leaning towards turnkey, especially after seeing so many videos and listening to podcasts by a certain TK provider who I’m starting to notice isn’t too popular on these forums... but I’m also reading comments by people who have ventured out “on their own” and it’s starting to seem less impossible to do it that way.

I’m willing to venture out a bit, but I don’t have the time to go all out into a new career.

I then got away from real estate when I started another venture that included an investor.

One option to lessen the work would be to Joint Venture with someone already in the business.Good luck to you!

So I am quite familiar with the fact that things are rarely as easy as they seem and I didn't go into this venture with rose tinted glasses.

If it's any type of construction maybe you can network your way into finding a joint venture with someone who is willing to put up more cash if you are willing to renovate (sweat equity).

You get to those levels from owning super profitable businesses, creating new technology, financing other ventures, etc.
