@Ariel Ozick  it's just a matter of tweaking my code slightly, it was just an experiment I did the other morning.Most of the scrapers out there are enormously bloated pieces of software and I wouldn't install one on any of my computers, due to the fact that the program in the first place is to accomplish an 'unethical' practice which violates the terms of service of any website - so it's not too far of a stretch to believe the writers of these software packages are collecting valuable data from you.

Even if they build a spreadsheet and put a bunch of lines on it, they will tweak the number down to make the deal look good.

Google then tweaked the algorithm to catch people that did that.Then people did PNB, buying up expired domain names with residual domain authority, hundreds of them, put some thin content on there and link to the money-making website... and that worked... for a while, and yup Google tweaked the algorithm again and boom back to square one.That is what an algorithm update is and THAT keeps changing.. 

The decision came after the company tweaked the algorithms that power the business to make higher offers, leaving it with a bevy of winning bids just as home price appreciation cooled off a bit.

I kept tweaking it and tweaking it.

@Mike Hern it’s a website platform and yes they have premade sites to choose from but obviously you’ll want to tweak them to your brand.

When I try to ask about the condition of the exterior or interior, I'm met with frustration and impatience.I have made sure to tweak my marketing so it's not like most mailings you see: "I want to buy your house at 1234 Main Street."

you dont want to buy into a bad deal. go through the exercise and then tweak your numbers after you complete a rehab and you will get a feel for what your numbers will look like and be better able to quicly estimate costs and analyze deals faster.

I'm going to tweak it later, it's on the to-do list.
