Yes the leaseback will cover the loan and fees for the duration…if we don’t break even, we may have a tiny cash flow.the builder is using it as a model until they sell the remaining units they will build over the next couple years.

The designer should have a good sense of what to do with your place since they are an expert in this field so I don’t think it’s worthwhile to hunt around for styles you like. space planning and layout will be an important first step.
