. - Hope that made sense.In Dallas, Fort Worth, DFW, etc. we have some HOA's that are very stringent and so they can be a difficulty for homeowners to deal with and be the mediator between the HOA and the tenant.

I assume some books are more for introduction and inspiration (Rich Dad Poor Dad, etc.) and some are very useful as a reference and tool (Gallinelli's Cashflow and key financial measures book).
